Removal, Preparation and Fitting
The old bathroom comes out before the new fittings go in. Walls, floors and existing connections need checking. Your quote should explain removal, disposal, plumbing, electrical work and finishing, including how extra repairs will be priced.
Check the Bathroom Before Handover
The completed room is checked against the agreed work. Keep the product details and care instructions, and have controls and access for repairs explained. Agree who to contact if a problem appears after fitting.

Is £4,500 the final price?
It is the starting price for a complete fitted bathroom. The measured room, chosen products and work required determine your written quote.
Can the bathroom layout change?
Yes, where the room and connections allow it. Moving the toilet or shower can affect drainage, floor height and preparation, so it needs checking before products are ordered.
Will the bathroom be out of use?
Some facilities will be unavailable during fitting. Agree the expected periods and practical arrangements before work starts, especially if this is your only bathroom.
